Clearwater County’s Annual Roadside Cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2024.
This campaign is open to community groups to earn funding by cleaning a section of roadside. Participants contribute to a cleaner environment, experience a sense of accomplishment and raise funds for their group or club activities.
There will be 45 sections of roadside available to be cleaned and groups will receive $800 per section cleaned.
Registration for route/section selections was open online on April 15, 2024 at 8 am. All routes/road sections have been assigned.
Registration operates on a first-come, first-serve basis and everyone is asked to indicate first, second and third choices for road sections. Once routes/sections are assigned, the County will contact the “group contact” to provide section allotment and coordinate material pickup and contract signing.
Safety vests, gloves, garbage bags and signs are provided by Clearwater County.
- Pickup for these materials will be on Monday May 6 and Tuesday May 7, 2024.
- Materials can be returned and dropped off on Monday May 13 and Tuesday May 14, 2024.
